In 2015, Lisa Waud initiated and produced a floral-art installation in a 15-room abandoned Detroit house. She and other cutting edge florists from all over the country filled walls and ceilings with fresh flowers and living plants, all American-grown. The installation was up only one weekend, but it attracted some 3000 visitors and multiple weddings.
